Chairman

A veteran healthcare and medical device industry executive, Nick Mendez brings an entrepreneurial orientation and purpose-driven focus to propel enterprise value, earnings and client base for companies within the healthcare and medical industry landscape.

Mendez has an extensive track record building intrinsic value through opportunity, purpose and leadership on a global level. Prior to his role as Chairman and CEO of American Renal Associates, Mendez served as CEO of OrthoNOW.  He also served in leadership roles for Gambro AB, now part of Baxter, including President of both Gambro Americas and Gambro Global Acute Business, led the efforts as Vice President–OM Specialties of Owens & Minor, a Richmond, Virginia-based healthcare logistics company, and was a Managing Partner at Aim Partners, a Nashville based management firm assisting client companies on strategy, organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

Dr. Dean Stratman is a dentist and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the dental industry. He has founded a number of dental groups over his career, most notably Gentle Dentist, ImmediaDent, and 24 Hour Dental Care. His groups have comprised over 60 dental practices across five states.
 
Through his entrepreneurship, Dr. Stratman has developed an intimate knowledge of dental support organizations and their ability to strengthen dental practices. With that said, he champions the support and development of the practices’ dentists above all else. He has fostered an environment of growth, improvement, and education for all the dentists he’s served throughout his career.
 
Dr. Stratman continues to actively practice today, providing affordable dental implant and denture services through his newest creation, DentureLok® Dental Implant Solutions.

Dr. Dean Stratman is a dentist and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the dental industry. Nathan has represented financial institutions and businesses in commercial litigation, secured/unsecured financing projects, asset purchases, receiverships, workouts, employment matters, and foreclosures. Nathan assists business and individuals in negotiating contracts and resolving disputes. 

Nathan has represented professionals and individuals in a wide variety of civil disputes. Nathan represents professionals and individuals in employment contracts/disputes, real estate contracts/disputes, licensure complaints to the corresponding state board, estate planning and probate, and related matters.
